1. Delivery Information

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver island-wide across Sri Lanka.

Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • Colombo & Suburbs: 1–3 working days
  • Other Areas in Sri Lanka: 2–5 working days

Delivery times may vary depending on courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated based on:

  • Product size and weight
  • Delivery location
  • Courier service rates

The final delivery fee will be shown during checkout.

Order Tracking

Customers may receive tracking details via SMS, WhatsApp, or email once the order has been dispatched.

Return Policy

2. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The item received is damaged
  • The wrong item was delivered
  • The product has a manufacturing defect

Return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the order.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Digital products and software
  • Unlock tool activations
  • Usernames, passwords, or license-based products
  • Used or physically damaged items
  • Products damaged by improper installation or misuse

4. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging and accessories must be included
  • Proof of purchase or invoice must be provided

Redfix reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

5. Refund Process

Once the returned item is inspected and approved:

  • Refunds may be issued via bank transfer or the original payment method
  • Processing time may take 3–7 working days

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

6. Exchange Policy

We may offer replacements or exchanges for defective or incorrect items depending on stock availability.

7. Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged:

  • Please take photos before opening
  • Contact us immediately with the order details

Warranty Notes

Certain products may include limited warranty coverage. Warranty periods vary depending on the product category.

Warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage
  • Water damage
  • Improper installation
  • Electrical damage caused by external factors
